As part of the Graduate School's work with the Curating
Degree Zero Archive at the West
Cork Art Centre, audio and text interviews will be available
here. These interviews are informal conversations that start
with the question 'what is a curator?' and move on to consider
the experience and concerns of individual curators and artists.

The WCAC and the Graduate School invited some independent
curators and colleagues to contribute to the discussions around
the archive and proposed that they might also be invited by
the CDZ group to incorporate new material into the archive
itself. The first invited participant was Mark Garry. Mark
has provided us with a series of publications mapping some
of his curatorial work to date. Mark also participated in
an informal interview conversation about his work organising
independent artists' projects. The audio recording of this
conversation will be playing in the gallery space also during
the presentation of the CDZ Archive. Extracts from this recording
are available online also here
